Brian is a veteran business development and marketing specialist with nearly 25 years experience in both B2C and B2B markets. He has managed organizations with over 300 individuals and gross revenues in the 10’s of millions, successful in both the high paced/high pressure market as well as with a long term consultative sales cycle.

His passion for the power of the web and study of web design, development, functionality and strategy as well as implementation of dynamic and strategic interactive online campaigns led Brian to create one of the fastest growing web agencies available to small and mid-size organizations throughout the U.S.

To gain an inside working knowledge of large successful interactive agencies, Brian developed key relationship and worked as an independent business development specialist for some of the largest web and ad agencies in the non-profit sector. Jaclyn has well over 10 years of custom website design, banner ad creation and print media work. 5+ years of managing large client accounts and leading small groups of designers. She is proficient in both PC and Macintosh, Photoshop, llustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash, FreeHand, InDesign, Premiere, Various Animation and Sound Editing Software, Microsoft Office 2007, Photo Retouching, HTML, CSS, Java Script, Scanning and Photography. Her work for Design B includes the latest designs for SoHoJobs, ATP, BioInformatics and others.

Carpe diem. Seize the day! Seize every opportunity. Seize every moment. Seize every experience. Of course, nothing in life is free. Anything worth having takes a little bit of 'umph' to acquire. But it's not unattainable. Carpe diem! When I was young, my mother once caught me sweeping crumbs from the kitchen floor under the refrigerator. She shook her head and said, "The lazy man works the hardest". I didn't 'get it' right away. It was many years later when the lightbulb finally came on. It's these simple lessons I was taught earlier in life that have made me the person I am today. I'm so thankful! I think of myself as a chameleon. I tend to mold myself into whatever I need to be for the situation at hand. I'm a problem solver, a perfectionist, a peacemaker, a person that's often amazed at all life has to offer.
