About Us

CEO, Lead PM, Designer

Brian is a veteran business development and marketing specialist with nearly 25 Brian Reynoldsyears experience in both B2C and B2B markets.  He has managed organizations with over 300 individuals and gross revenues in the 10’s of millions, successful in both the high paced/high pressure market as well as with a long term consultative sales cycle.

His passion for the power of the web and study of web design, development, functionality and strategy as well as implementation of dynamic and strategic interactive online campaigns led Brian to create one of the fastest growing web agencies available to small and mid-size organizations throughout the U.S.

To gain an inside working knowledge of large successful interactive agencies, Brian developed key relationship and worked as an independent business development specialist for some of the largest web and ad agencies in the non-profit sector.  Honing on a niche, he now utilizes a team of the very best designers, developers and strategic consultants for designB studios while implementing a business practice to optimize their experience and work-flow.  In turn, while other agencies continue to raise their prices to overcome mismanagement and in-the-box thinking, Brian provides clients of designB studios with full, rich and feature packed solutions with a surprisingly fast turn-around and extremely personal service.

Brian is hands-on with each project to assure his passion transfers to the task, yet draws from a Creative Director who has been involved with and managed hundreds of successful and dynamic web development projects; designers who have gained their experience at some of the largest agencies, having an outstanding and diverse portfolio, and relying on extremely capable developers.  He also believes in drawing from the exceptional experience of top web and business strategists on nearly every project.

Designer

Matt's ability to craft a design from concept to deliverable is unmatched. His attention to detail and visualizing client needs and desires, transferring their mission and vision to a tangible, appealing resource is extremely powerful. Matt's passion for a project is present in each piece of work he is involved with. In truly understanding the project, Matt is also an excellent advisor for technical design and development issues, both internally and client facing. In fact, his willingness and effectiveness in communicating with clients is no less than impressive.

Matt is a specialist in Web Development and Dynamic Design for small to large organizations with substantial experience in social networking, web strategies, campaign marketing and emerging technologies.

Matt is also a professional photographer with an extensive portfolio which can be viewed at his site www.blasi-creations.com. This is a great addition to our abilities as often the use of a professional photographer is needed to capture the personality of the organization as we are designing a web site. Thus, while creating the site, Matt can further the dynamics by utilizing this skill set, without having to pick and choose from stock photos or those that are novice.

He is also an advid car and motor sports fanatic.  This is one of Matt's showcars  and obviously he pushes us to sell more "motorhead" site redesigns.  Matt is a very active member in SEMA and participates in many of their National shows where his custom 'Stang is typically part of the show or featured at a sponsor's booth while Matt puts on his photography hat.

Matt's Areas of Web Specialty:

CSS, HTML, XML, PHP, JavaScript, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Flash, Action Script 3.0

Experienced in multiple CMS platforms including WordPress, Kintera, Convio, Drupal, SilverStripe and Joomla.

ONE OF THE TEAMS BEHIND THE SCENE
SilveStripe CMS Development Team

SilverStripe has 16 core staff based in Wellington, New Zealand, supplemented by ten amazing programmers based around the world, with huge thanks to Google who has been marketing and paying for the project.

Team Behind The Scene

SilverStripe is proud that Google accepted SilverStripe to be one of only 113 open source projects globally suitable for the the Google Summer of Code 2007.

"I feel SilverStripe is a great example of a well-constructed open source project. It makes innovative use of technology but it is easy to use, which is just as important for open source, so it is a good candidate for Google to support.

With so much going on in the web- development arena, it will be easy for Summer of Code developers to contribute, and with the mentors having helped students in the past, we were happy to trust SilverStripe to be the first New Zealand organisation involved."

-- Chris DiBona, Open Source Programs Manager, Google Inc.
